Artist Statement:
I created a GIF of teddy bears and a bunny wearing an astronaut suit floating in space. This is inspired by my previous work “OPERATION: Space Bunny”. I used two of the same drawings I created and each one has a key difference. The first one has no shimmer to the yellow stars while the second one has shimmer. This is an extension of “OPERATION: Space Bunny’s” overall message which is “it’s okay to play!” I figured since this is the busiest time for a student, this can be a cute reminder that it’s okay to still enjoy yourself despite being very busy.
